Mabee Arena

Mabee Arena, the crown jewel of the Student Activities Center opened in Fall 2008, giving Kansas Wesleyan one of the finest small college athletic facilities in the state. Mabee Arena seats nearly 1,500 in comfortable chair back seating that gets you right up to the action. Mabee Arena has undergone several updates in the last few years. The floor design in Mabee Arena was updated in December 2020 to reflect court line changes and giving a brighter, refreshed look to the entire arena. In July 2021, the arena received new Daktronics scoreboards and a new LED video board. In 2022, the upper level of the south stands was renovated and now features four “Champions Suites” which are reserved for community groups to use to provide an entertainment space while being able to enjoy athletic events in the Arena.

Mabee Arena is part of the Student Activities Center, which features the Hauptli Student Center, with concession stands and gathering areas, coaches offices, athletic training rooms, the Everett Morgan Strength Training Center, revamped locker room space, classrooms and several other amenities. During Summer 2024, the Morgan Strength Training Center will undergo a full renovation with new equipment, flooring and other amenities.
