LEAVENWORTH – Kansas Wesleyan Men's Tennis picked up another Kansas Conference win as the Coyotes blanked the Saint Mary Spires 7-0 on Saturday.
It was a clean sweep for the Coyotes who also won all three doubles flights.
Bryce Ware and
Alex Sherer beat Kevin Eutsey and Evan Maritz 6-2;
Raul Davalos-Gavino and
Jacob Phelps beat William Ogrizovich and Leyton Ross 6-1; and
William McMurry and
Benjamin Cechak beat Jack Contrucci and Demetri Serrano 6-2.
KWU claimed wins in all six singles flights as well.
Ware beat Eutsey 6-2, 6-3; Sherer beat Maritz 6-2, 6-1; Davalos-Gavino beat Contrucci 6-1. 6-1;
Luke Craft beat Ogrizovich 6-4, 6-1;
Gavin Chavez beat Leyton Ross 6-1, 6-3; and
Jack Hanson beat Serrano 6-0, 6-1.
The Coyotes are scheduled to play Southwestern on Monday at 3 p.m. in Salina.
