Men’s Soccer falls to Ottawa 3-0 in KCAC Semifinals

Box Score WICHITA – Kansas Wesleyan Men's Soccer saw its season come to a close on Friday evening as the Coyotes fell to No. 21 ranked and No. 2 seeded Ottawa University in the KCAC Semifinals at Stryker Sports Complex.
 
Ottawa netted its first goal in the 24th minute by Jevan Purcell-Jackson.
 
The Coyotes had more chances in the second half to score but could not. Seth Flores had a shot that was saved in the 71st minute and another in the 80th also saved.
 
Ottawa added two goals in the second half, one by Alonso Basauri in the 78th and another by Purcell-Jackson in the 87th.
 
Ottawa outshot KWU 11-9 in the match. Noel Zimbeva had three for the Coyotes.
 
KWU finishes its season at 13-4-3.
