Kansas Wesleyan has 21 NAIA Scholar Teams for 2025-26

Kansas Wesleyan University had 21 athletic teams recognized as NAIA Scholar Teams by the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA). The recipients were announced as part of NAIA Awards Day, September 15.
 
For a team to be considered for the NAIA Scholar Team award, it must have a minimum 3.0 grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) as defined by the institution. The team grade point average includes all eligible varsity student-athletes.'

KWU had the second highest total in the KCAC, trailing only Friends who had 22 Scholar Teams. KWU and Ottawa had 21 each, followed by McPherson with 16.
