At KWU: 2009-10?played in all 28 team games, starting 22 while averaging 7.07 points and 4.54 rebounds per game. Shot 42 percent from the field and 60.7 percent from the line?led Coyotes with 28 blocked shots on the season?twice scored season high 18 points (at Haskell, vs Baker) and pulled down season high 11 rebounds vs York on Halloween.
At Phoenix College: played two seasons for the Bears?PC named 2008 NJCAA Men's Basketball Team of the Year and was a NJCAA Academic All-American team in 2009?2009 PC team also was NJCAA Region I and District I Champions, advancing the NJCAA National Tournament, reaching the final four.
High School: Attended both Deer Valley and Brea Olinda High Schools, graduating from Deer Valley in 2007?Deer Valley was two-time conference champions, including state runners-up in 2006?was named Second Team All-Conference and Honorable Mention All-State as a junior and First Team All-Conference as a senior.
Personal: Parents' names are Terry and Felicia Jones?one sister Caricia?enjoys playing XBOX 360, computers and hanging out with his girlfriend?also recruited by South Dakota Mines, McPherson and Bethel?sister Caricia played basketball at Fullerton College and then at San Jose State.
