Edward Sengai joined the Kansas Wesleyan Coyotes family in July 2019

During his collegiate career at Bethany College, Edward earned the KCAC newcomer of the year (2017), Second Team All-Conference player (2017), Honorable Mention All-KCAc (2019), 2 KCAC Champion of Character awards (2017 & 2018) as well a career best No. 9 ITA Regional doubles ranking and No. 18 Regionals singles ranking.

Sengai was a top 10 ranked Zimbabwean junior’s player and has represented his home country of Zimbabwe at various international tournaments.

In addition to his playing career, Sengai brings in six years of coaching experience, having notably taught at the Roddick Tennis Foundation in San Antonio, Texas and most recently, Boerne Tennis in Boern, Texas.

Edward is a 2019 graduate of Bethany College with quadruple majors in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration and Economics.
