Carol Rubino has been a Yoga coach for the KWU Women’s basketball team since 2014.
Rubino is a certified Massage Therapist, Reflexologist, Doula and has added Yoga instructor to her repertoire. She is trained through YogaFit® in Level I, II, III, Prenatal Yoga and YogaFit® Kids.
She has been teaching group yoga classes at the Salina Family YMCA since 2010 and has added 2 specialty classes -Yoga for Kids and Yoga for Weight Management. She also teaches youth yoga at the Salina Montessori School and private lessons at her massage studio and Salina Family YMCA.
Carol is committed to health and wellbeing especially as we age. Through her personal yoga journey she has experienced a better sense of her body, able to approach stressful situations with a sense of calm and has a more compassionate spirit.
Rubino is a Salina native with grassroots on the East and West Coasts. She co-owns Salina Massage Therapy with her husband, Joe and they have two children.
