Preston Hardee joined the coaching staff as a graduate assistant for the 2025-26 season and is entering his second year with the program.

Prior to joining the staff, Hardee attended Texas A&M University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management with double minors in Business and Communication. While at Texas A&M, he assisted the Aggie women's basketball program.

Hardee is currently pursuing his master's degree at Kansas Wesleyan.
