Gabriel Serrano ‘20 was named Interim Head Bowling Coach at Kansas Wesleyan for the 2022-23 season after being an assistant coach for the 2021-22 seasons.

A native of Newton, Kansas, Serrano joined KWU’s bowling program during its inaugural season in 2016 and was a member of the program for all four years. In 2017-18 he was a NAIA National Team Member, averaging 182.13 for 46 games.

Serrano graduated with a degree in business management with a minor in marketing communications. He received the Fran Jabara Leadership Award, an honor based on entrepreneurial traits and leadership.
