Michael Dyer joined the KWU coaching staff in November 2017 as the West Coast Recruiting Assistant.

Michael grew up in Southern California and has played soccer at the club, high school, college and semi-pro levels. He started his coaching career at the age of 21.

Dyer has coached at the club, high school, and ODP level for over 25 years. He was head coach at Bonita HS where he was part of a CIF record run of 104 league games without a loss and three CIF semi-final appearances.

Coaching and volunteering his time for some of the top Clubs in Southern California, Dyer has coached some of the best teams in their age group winning numerous titles, being a Tournament Director, Board Member, and College Recruiting Liaison.

Dyer has helped countless players reach their potential and go on to become NCAA and NAIA top players. Many of his players have been All Americans, All Conference, and National Pool Players.
