Chris Snyder has been the Offensive Coordinator at Kansas Wesleyan since December, 2009
Snyder replaced Ryan Mills who left the program after serving as Offensive Coordinator for one year.
Snyder came to Kansas Wesleyan from Mendocino College (Calif.), where he served as Offensive Coordinator for six seasons from 2004 to 2009. While at Mendocino, the Eagles finished in the Top 15 in the state of California in total offense each of the last six seasons. Mendocino finished the 2009 season ranked third in California in total offense, averaging 475.3 yards per game in ten games, second in passing yards per game, averaging 334.6 yards per game and sixth in points per game at 39.7. His teams won Bay Valley Conference Championships in 2005 and 2007 and were Mid-Empire Conference Champions in 2009.
Before Mendocino, Snyder coached four seasons at Doane College (Neb.) as quarterbacks coach.
Coach Snyder began his coaching career as a player/coach for the Baden Bruins in Vienna, Austria in the spring of 2000.
Snyder holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications and Sociology from Doane College, and a Master of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
He resides in Salina with his wife Michelle and daughter Tessa Ruth.
