Delaney graduated from Doane University in 2022 with a bachelor's degree in exercise science with minors in strength and conditioning and psychology. While attending undergrad, she worked with the football team and was president of the athletic training club on campus for students for 2 years. After graduating from Doane, she attended Sterling College where she completed a master's degree in athletic training. During her time at Sterling, she completed an immersive rotation at Kansas Wesleyan University which opened the door for her first employment opportunity.
Delaney has been a part of Kansas Wesleyan for two years now and covers women's volleyball, women's basketball, cross country, men's volleyball, and softball. When Delaney is not tending to athletes, she spends her time with her cat George, boyfriend Jack, and traveling to Colorado to be with her parents.
