Nicolas graduated from Sterling College in 2021 with a bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Athletic Training. While attending undergrad, he played football at sterling and was on their 2017 KCAC championship team. After finishing undergraduate studies, he attended Sterling College where he completed a master's degree in athletic training. During his time at Sterling, he completed internships with Varsity Spirit, University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, Cedar Rapids Kernels of the Minnesota Twins Organization, and an immersive study with Gillette Physical Therapy. In 2024 Nicolas joins the KWU staff after working at Peru State College the previous 2 years where he worked with the football, women's basketball, and baseball teams.
Nicolas has been a part of Kansas Wesleyan for three years now and covers football, cheer, dance, men's basketball, and baseball. When Nicolas is not tending to athletes or covering athletic events, he spends his time with his wife Tori, playing video games with his friends, or playing Yu-Gi-Oh.
