On Thursday October 3 Kansas Wesleyan faced Newman University at JRI stadium. The Coyotes and Jets matchup ended in a 2-2 draw. One of KWU's goals was an own goal by NU. Teigan Nielsen scored goal number two for the Coyotes assisted by Jamie Orzel.
 
The Coyotes then took on the Bethel Threshers on Sunday October 6. The Threshers score 2 on KWU in the first half. The Coyotes fought hard in the second half but couldn't find the back of the net. Bethel won in a short game 2-0.
 
Kansas Wesleyan travels to Bartlesville, OK on Thursday October 10 to face Oklahoma Wesleyan at 1:00 PM. The Coyotes are now 6-3-2 overall.
