Developmental Women's Soccer Weekly Recap - September 16

This week in Developmental Women's Soccer faced Oklahoma Wesleyan University on Thursday losing 3-2. On Sunday Kansas Wesleyan faced Topeka Independent Soccer Club winning 4-0. With the Coyotes scoring six goals and conceding three they finish the week 1-1. 
 
Key players for the Coyotes were Teigan Nielsen with her first college assist alongside Allyson Taylor who also had an assist and goal. A week of firsts, Avery Crabtree had her first goal as a Coyote and Ashlynn Adcock had her first collegiate goal. Alexandra Muro had a goal and Hanna Castro had a set of goals to add to the scoreboard for Kansas Wesleyan.
 
On Sunday Lauren Schwien recorded her first collegiate clean sheet to help contribute to the KWU 4-0 win over Topeka ISC.
 
KWU is now 4-2-1 and will face Southwestern College on September 23.
