OTTAWA, Kan. – Kansas Wesleyan men's volleyball dropped a straight set match to Ottawa 25-12, 25-16 25-18 on Saturday at Wilson Field House.
In the opening set Ottawa bounced out to a big 8-1 lead and the Coyotes never recorefered the ser of the set.
The second set was close throughout until a 7-0 run by Ottawa turned a 15-13 score into a 22-13 difference.
Must like the first set, Ottawa sped out to a 12-1 lead and never looked back.
Zayin Martinez led the Coyotes with seven kills while
Jaron Lindsay had six.
Tyler McUne had 13 assists and
Angel Diaz had nine.
Wesleyan returns home on Thursday hosting Jamestown and Friday against Dordt.
