McPHERSON – Kansas Wesleyan Women's Tennis dropped a match with the McPherson College Bulldogs 7-0 on Wednesday at the Bulldog Tennis Center.
McPherson won all three doubles matches and all six singles matches,.
In doubles, Camila Sanchez and Taimi Nashiku beat
McKinnley Evans and
Alivia Sherer 6-2; Grace Maxey and Alexa Garcia beat
Kristi Henderson and
Michaela Crowe 6-3; and Kayla Ortiz and Vanessa Hofer beat
Camrynn Bagwell and
Danielle Slack 6-1.
In singles, Sanchez beat Crowe 6-3, 6-4; Maxey beat Henderson 6-0, 6-4; Nashiku beat Evans 6-2, 6-3; Hofer beat Slack 6-2, 6-0; Garcia beat Bagwell 6-1, 6-1; and Ava Bolin beat
Eliza Camp 6-0, 6-2.
The Coyotes are scheduled to host Friends on Saturday at 10 a.m. at Salina Tennis Alliance.
