Kansas Wesleyan Men's Tennis coasted to a 7-0 win over the Tabor Bluejays on Thursday at Salina Tennis Alliance.
The Coyotes swept all three doubles matches and all six singles matches in the match.
In doubles,
Bryce Ware and
Alex Sherer beat JP Fort and Ko Osuga 6-2; Raul Davinos-Gavino and
Jacob Phelps beat Jake Goertzen and Stephano Chan 6-3; and
Adam Hanson and
Luke Craft beat Carlos Robles and Alexis Torres 6-2.
In singles, it again was all Coyotes. Ware, ranked No. 12 in the latest ITA NAIA national rankings beat Fort 6-4, 6-0; Sherer beat Osuga 6-2, 6-2; Davalos-Gavino beat Goertzen 6-1. 6-3; Hanson beat Chan 4-6, 6-2, 10-6;
Luke Craft beat Robles 6-1, 6-2; and
William McMurry beat John Ferley 6-2, 6-4.
The Coyotes head to Leavenworth on Saturday to take on Saint Mary starting at 11 a.m.
