Kansas Wesleyan Women's Tennis picked up a 7-0 win over the Tabor College Bluejays on Thursday at Salina Tennis Alliance Center.
It was a clean sweep for the Coyotes who got wins in the four singles matches that were contested and the two contested doubles matches. KWU got default wins in the uncontested matches as Tabor did not have a full line-up.
In doubles,
McKinnley Evans and
Kristi Henderson beat Fiorella Villa and Katie Classen 6-1; and
Eliza Camp and Danielle Stack beat Binita Sitoula and Vitia Chacon 6-0.
In singles,
Michaela Crowe beat Villa 6-2, 3-6, 10-8;
Alivia Sherer beat Classen 6-4, 6-2;
Kira McGrown beat Sitoula 6-2, 6-3 and
Abigail Meredith beat Chacon 7-5, 6-2.
The Coyotes head to Leavenworth on Saturday to take on Saint Mary starting at 11 a.m.
