SEWARD, Neb. – The Kansas Wesleyan Women's Indoor Track team wrapped up its schedule for the fall semester at the Concordia Bulldog Early Bird, hosted by Concordia University on Saturday.
Highlighting the day for the Coyotes was
Delaney Bond setting a new school record in the 600m, finishing second in the race with a time of 1:38.11.
Joni Schroeder won the 1000m with a time of 3:15.72.
Lauryn Mikkelson was second in the 800m with a time of 2:26.37,
Ava Kenyon was third in 2:26.41,
Emma McAlister was fifth in 2:30.35, and
Taytum Reed was seventh in 2:41.29.
Delaney Bond was fifth in the 400m with a time of 60.50 seconds.
Charlee Lind was sixth in the 3000m with a time of 11:11.91,
Joni Schroeder was 10th in 11:36.25, and
Mya Schweitzer was 11th in 11:38.85.
Corinne Hall was sixth in the high jump with a mark of 1.51m and
Trinity Windle was 10th with a mark of 1.46m.
Dahn Hanlon was 14th in the triple jump with a mark of 10.44m.
Markyla Shaw was 15th in the long jump with a mark of 4.99m.
Elizabeth Stout was 20th in the shot put with a mark of 11.25m,
Jadyn Mabry was 21st with a mark of 10.71m,
Aunisty McNeal was 22nd with a mark of 10.66m, and Roselyn Torres was 30th with a mark of 7.49m.
Emorie McNabb ran a 8.25 in the 60m dash finishing 22nd in the preliminary round.
Markyla Shaw was 24th with a time of 8.31.
Elizabeth Stout was 24th in the weight throw with a mark of 13.07m,
Aunisty McNeal was 34th with a mark of 12.07m, Roselyn Torres was 38th with a mark of 10.33m, and
Jadyn Mabry was 41st with a mark of 9.07m.
Markyla Shaw was 29th in the 200m with a time of 27.97 seconds.
KWU will return to action on January 16 with the Washburn Rust Buster in Topeka.
