WATERLOO, Iowa – Kansas Wesleyan Men's Bowling finished second out of 16 teams at the Cedar Valley Invitational on Saturday.
The Coyotes finished with a total of 5459 pins for the event, with 3062 in the three individual games and 2397 in the 12 baker games. The Coyotes finished second to Mount Mercy, who is ranked No. 5 in the NAIA.
Jackson Penny led the KWU individual finishers in seventh place with a total of 639 pins. Conner Thomas was 19th with 617,
Kayden Moline was 20th with 614,
Landon Jones was 23rd with 611,
Max Howerton was 35th with 581.
Mount Mercy was the winner of the event with a total of 6004 pins. KWU was second, Waldorf was third with 5318, Wartburg College was fourth with 5311, and Peru State was fifth with 5292 to round out the Top 5 teams.
