Kansas Wesleyan Women's Tennis got a big 7-0 win over the Bethany Swedes on Thursday at Genesis Salina.
Thursday's match was moved inside at Genesis after early morning storms forced the move from Salina Tennis Alliance.
The Coyotes captured the doubles point winning all three matches.
Hayden Bellamy and
Rylee Frye beat Ana Sofia Castillo Paz and Makenna Russom 7-6;
Corina Salas and
Alivia Sherer beat Helen Harbit and Kyla Metro 6-0; and
Hailey Adami and
Ania Bonner beat Karee Adam and Elisa Richardson 7-5.
KWU also got wins in all six singles matches.
Bellamy beat Castillo Paz 6-3, 6-1; Frye beat Metro 6-4, 6-3; Salas beat Russom 7-6, 6-3; Sherer beat Harbit 6-2, 6-3; Adami beat Richardson 8-2; and
Isabella Myers beat Adam 8-2.
The Coyotes are back in action on Saturday hosting matches against Southwestern and Baker.
