Benjamin Blahauvietz has been with the Coyotes since January 2025 and is currently the Special Teams Coordinator/Safeties Coach.

Prior to joining the staff at KWU, Blahauvietz was a Defensive Backs Graduate Assistant for Harding University. During his time with the Harding Defense, Harding ranked #1 nationally in Pass Defense, 1st downs allowed per game, and Total Defense in DII. In addition, the Bison defense ranked top 10 nationally in Scoring Defense, Pass D Efficiency, Defensive TD’s, 3rd Down Defense, 4th Down Defense, and Interceptions.

Prior to Harding University, Blahauvietz was a Student Assistant Offensive Line Coach at Syracuse University. During his time in Syracuse, he was a part of two straight bowl appearances (Boca Raton and Pinstripe).

He earned his undergraduate degree in Sport Analytics from Syracuse University in December of 2023, and he his master’s degree in Kinesiology and Sports Administration from Harding University in December of 2023.
