BJ Edmonds joined the KWU Coaching Staff in July 2020. 

Edmonds comes to KWU after a four-year career at Arkansas State where he played defensive back. He was a second-team All-Sun Belt selection in 2019. He was an Honorable Mention All-Sun Belt Conference selection in 2017. 

He had 265 career tackles, including a career-best 97 in 2019. He had eight career interceptions and 28 pass break-ups and three forced fumbles. 

Edmonds received a bachelor degree in sports management from Arkansas State and is pursuing a MBA at Kansas Wesleyan.
