Grant Godsey has been with the Coyotes since 2025 and is currently the Linebackers Coach and Director of Football Operations.

Prior to KWU, Coach Godsey served as the Safeties Coach at Bethel College.

Godsey is a 2023 graduate from Bethel College in North Newton, Kan. Godsey was a starting defensive back during his five years with the program. During his time at Bethel, he helped the Threshers to three straight conference championships. Godsey played at Bethel from 2019-2023. While playing at Bethel, Godsey was named Honorable Mention All-KCAC as a Defensive Back. Godsey also was listed on the KCAC Preseason team.

Coach Godsey earned a degree in Psychology and is currently working on his masters in business administration with an emphasis in sports management at KWU. Coach Godsey is from Bentonville, Ark.

Godsey is married to Jayci Godsey and has a wiener dog named Zynny.
