Myers Hendrickson has been a graduate assistant coach for the Coyotes since February 2014.

 

Hendrickson comes to Kansas Wesleyan as a graduate assistant that will assist in coaching receivers and quarterbacks and will serve as social media and video coordinator. He most recently served as running backs coach at Holmes Community College in Goodman, Mississippi. He also served one year as a defensive quality control coach at Auburn.

 

Hendrickson played at Western Illinois as a receiver and special teams player, earning First Team Academic All-Missouri Valley Football Conference honors in 2011. He was also named to the All-Missouri Valley Football Conference Academic Team in 2009 and 2010. He was selected to the NCAA Future Football Coaches Academy at the 2012 AFCA Convention and was the 2009 recipient of the Dr. Frank Sorenson Award for Academic Achievement, which is awarded to a WIU football student-athlete with the highest GPA on the team.  He graduated from Western Illinois in December 2011 with a Bachelor of Business degree, majoring in supply chain management.
