Kansas Wesleyan Women's Bowling celebrated many successes over the weekend at the SWIBC III and IV Tournaments held in Fort Worth, Texas.
On Saturday at the SWIBC III Tournament, the Coyotes finished in first place. KWU finished with a pin total of 4962 nearly 200 better than University of Texas-San Antonio.
Kaylee Laha led the Coyotes in the four individual games finishing second with a total of 708 pins in the four games.
Emma O'Donnell finished ninth with 643,
Teigan Nielsen was 11th with 634,
Haylee Busch was 20th with 480 in three games,
Kylee Busch was 22nd with 162 in three games,
Autumn Thompson was 26th with 175 in one game, and
Reagan Benson was 27th with 131 in one game.
The Coyotes led the field of four teams on Texas-San Antonio, Texas A&M and Oklahoma State.
On Sunday, in the SWIBC IV Tournament, KWU finished second out of the same four teams that played in Saturday's SWIBC III. KWU was just behind UTSA, but was over 300 pins better than Texas A&M.
Teigan Nielsen was the top Coyote in the six individual games, finishing second with a total of 990.
Haylee Busch was 12th with 886,
Kylee Busch was 16th with 760 in five games,
Emma O'Donnell was 17th with 738 in five games,
Kaylee Laha was 20th with 656 in four games,
Autumn Thompson was 25th with 454 in three games,
Reagan Benson was 27th with 107 in one game.
The Coyotes now get a month off to prepare for a semester break trip to Las Vegas for the Glen Carlson Invitational on December 18 and 19, and the Collegiate Shootout December 20 and 21.
