Women’s Bowling finishes eighth at Cedar Valley Invitational

WATERLOO, Iowa – Kansas Wesleyan Women's Bowling finished eighth out of 13 teams at the Cedar Valley Invitational on Friday.
 
KWU finished with 4467 pins with 2538 in the three individual games and 1929 in the 12 baker games. The Coyotes finished ahead of Iowa Western Community College and were just off the pace of Peru State in seventh.
 
Emma O'Donnell led the KWU finishers in 13th with a total of 584 pins. Kaylee Laha was 38th with 520, Reagan Benson was 56th with 485, Autumn Thompson was 57th with 483, and Teigan Nielsen was 62nd with 466.
 
Mount Mercy was the event winner with a total of 5646 pins, Coe College was second with 5397, Culver-Stockton was third with 5188, Waldorf was fourth with 4772 and Clarke was fifth with 4649 to round out the Top 5 teams.
