Hedman earns second KCAC Women’s Volleyball Defensive nod of season

WICHITA, Kan. – Kansas Wesleyan's Tristyn Hedman earned her second KCAC Women's Volleyball Defensive Player of the Week honor of the season this week as the KCAC office announced the KCAC Women's Volleyball Players of the Week.
 
Hedman averaged 6.83 digs per set, and did not have a receiving error, as KWU posted sweep wins over Bethany College and Southwestern College. She also added a few assists, and had a service ace against Southwestern. This is the second time this season Hedman has been named the KCAC Women's Volleyball Defender of the Week.

Hedman also earned the honor on October 13.
 
Kansas Wesleyan hits the road twice this week, heading to No. 6 ranked McPherson on Wednesday, and then to Kansas City to take on Avila on Saturday.
