WICHITA – Kansas Wesleyan Men's Track and Field continued its season on Thursday and Friday at the Friends Spring Invitational at Adair-Austin Stadium.
The meet was shortened to a two-day event due to forecast inclement weather over the weekend in the Wichita area.
In the javelin,
Keegan Lott was second with a mark of 55.54m and
Riley Garcia was 20
th with a mark of 31.36m.
In the 4x400m relay, the team of
Austin Hash,
Trace Sump,
Brady Oliver and DeJaylon Beal finished fifth with a time of 3:31.13.
Dylan Marks finished sixth in the discus with a mark of 43.14m,
Keegan Lott was seventh with a mark of 41.81m,
Austin Baird was 19
th with a mark of 35.78m, and
Justin Barker was 28
th with a mark of 31.37m.
In the hammer throw Dylan Marks was sixth with a mark of 49.15m,
Keegan Lott was 14
th with a mark of 41.66m, and
Justin Barker was 16
th with a mark of 40.86m.
In the 400m,
Austin Hash finished seventh with a time of 49.15 seconds,
Trace Sump was 25
th in 51.62 seconds and
Brady Oliver was 29
th with a time of 52.11 seconds.
Keegan Lott finished ninth in the shot put with a mark of 14.44m.
In the 200m,
Kean Dinkel was 10
th with a time of 21.73 seconds,
Kristian Paronto was 16
th in 21.94 and
Andrew Smith was 47
th in 23.28.
In the 400m hurdles
Riley Garcia was 10
th in 60.58 seconds and DeJaylon Beal was 11
th in 67.18 seconds.
In the triple jump, Mann Scott finished 11
th with a mark of 11.81m.
In the 100m,
Kean Dinkel finished 13
th with a time of 10.80 seconds,
Kristian Paronto was 18
th with a time of 10.92 seconds and
Andrew Smith was 53
rd with a time of 11.72 seconds.
In the long jump,
Kristian Paronto finished 16
th with a mark of 5.96m.
The Coyotes are back in action next weekend at the Grizzly Gold Invite hosted by Butler CC in El Dorado.
