Kansas Wesleyan University had a total of 39 student-athletes earn KCAC Scholar-Athlete status during the winter 2025-26 season.

Sports included in the winter sports scholar-athlete totals are men's basketball, women's basketball, men's bowling, women's bowling, competitive cheer, competitive dance, men's wrestling, women's wrestling, men's swimming and diving and women's swimming and diving.

KCAC Scholar-Athlete recognizes excellence in the classroom by KCAC member student-athletes who are sophomores or above in academic standing at the beginning of the semester in which they compete and carry a minimum 3.25 cumulative GPA at the beginning of the semester in which they compete.
Students must appear on the eligibility certificate for the sport and have attended one full year at the KCAC institution to be eligible.

In the six sports sponsored by KWU in the list, KWU had 39 student-athletes earn the honor.

Men's Basketball led the way with 12 honorees, followed by Women's Basketball with 11, Men's Bowling with five, Competitive Cheer and Dance with four each, and Women's Bowling with two.

The conference had a total of 496 honorees including the per sport members and 347 among the full-member institutions.
Â
Saint Mary, which sponsors teams in all 10 winter sports led the way with 61 honorees. Friends had the second highest total with 43, followed by KWU with 39. Ottawa was the fourth highest total with 37.
