Kansas Wesleyan Women's Bowling finished in second place out of the three teams at the season-opening Coyote Classic on Wednesday at The Alley in downtown Salina.
The Coyotes finished second in the overall standings, with a total of 4043 pins in the event that featured three individual games and 12 baker games.
Haylee Busch earned a top three finish at the event individually with a pin total of 491.
Autumn Thompson was fifth with 481 pins,
Emma O'Donnell was sixth with 479,
Kylee Busch tied for seventh with 463.
Kaylee Laha was 14th with a total of 285 over two games and
Teigan Nielsen was 19th with one game of 125.
Baker was the winner of the event with a total of 4246 pins and Barton County CC was third with 3936 pins.
The Coyotes are off until October 19 and 20 at the Mid-States Classic in Wichita.
