The Coyote baseball squads of 1969 and 1970 won back-to-back KCAC crowns with conference records of 13-1 and 15-1.  Both teams set school records for most overall wins in a season going 19-7 in 1969 and 30-5 in 1970.  Five players from both the 1969 team and the 1970 team earned ALL-KCAC honors.  In 1969 the team was second in the nation in team pitching and the 1970 team led the NAIA with a .973 fielding percentage.
