Glenn earned four letters in cross-country, dominating the KCAC winning the conference meet three times. In track he was just as powerful, scoring 36 points in the 1969 KCAC meet winning the 880 and mile and placing second in the steeplechase and two mile. In 1971 Glenn won four events: the 880, the mile, the three mile, and the steeplechase. He was named NAIA All-American in both track and cross-country.
