In 1987 his season shooting percentages were in the top ten, field goal percentage (54.4) and free throw percentage (.811). His football marks included career passing yardage (1,782 - 7th), season pass completions (55 - 7th), season passing yardage (826 - 7th) and career pass completions (115 - 7th).
