Jerry Jones Kansas Wesleyan Coyote Athletic Hall of Fame
Women’s athletics were not yet recognized activities during Mary Lou’s years at KWU; therefore, post-season recognitions were impossible. Yet in 1969 Mary Lou played on the State Championship softball team. Mary Lou earned an MS degree from Kansas State University. An outstanding volleyball coach at Manhattan High School, Coach Logan’s teams compiled 268 victories in a ten year period. She has also been the guest speaker at several coaching clinics. She and her husband Don are both members of the KWU Athletic Hall of Fame.
