Truly a championship performer, Leslie led the softball teams to KCAC championships in 1991, 1992, 1993, and the NAIA District Championship in 1994. She was also named All-KCAC four times and NAIA All-District as a senior. Among her awards was the Mary Virginia Bevan recognition as the Kansas Wesleyan University Female Athlete of the year in both 1993 and 1994.
